​DocsDirect Express is a direct use option of our DocsDirect Online technology for preparation of the closing document package by the Client. Client exports data from their loan origination software to DocsDirect, completes the remaining data input, reviews and delivers the closing package to closing agent through DocsDirect. The data runs through DocsDirect servers and generates the applicable closing documents based upon the selections made by Client. Client is invoiced monthly for usage on a per unit basis. This service is available for loans outside the State of Texas and for standardized packages only.
